Flat Rate $5 shipping for all standard orders. $8 for rural delivery.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from Nevé in Christchurch via Courier Post. We always provide tracking numbers with dispatch confirmation for your peace of mind.

  • Delivery made between 9am - 5pm Monday – Friday.

  • South Island expected delivery is 1 - 4 business days after your order is placed. Our standard delivery service is overnight courier.

  • North Island expected delivery is 2 - 6 business days after your order is placed. Our standard delivery service is 2 day courier.

  • For rural delivery, please add an additional 3 - 5 working days to the applicable time above.

We want you to absolutely adore your Nevé purchase. But we understand that buying fragrances online can be challenging, so if you don’t immediately fall in love with your chosen scent, you may return the product within 30 days for an exchange or full credit.

Similarly, if you are having issues with your wood wick candle staying lit and have tried our troubleshooting tricks in the FAQ section, we will happily provide you with an exchange or full credit.

Like anything in nature, each wood wick is unique and on very rare occasions can have minor faults in wick trim size or issues with the natural oil balance in the wood which may cause your candle to burn low or struggle to stay lit. All of our wood wicks are made with a natural and untreated wood and vary in thickness and grain. Therefore each Nevé candle will burn a little differently and occasionally wicks don’t perform as well as we’d like. Despite these variances, wood wicks provide a unique burning experience and we think it is worth it for the beautiful soft sounds of a crackling fire - we know you'll think the same!



Oh no! If our creations are damaged by the time they reach you or you are unhappy about something, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue.



Once an order has been made and paid for, you cannot cancel it, unless in a special circumstance and the cancellation is approved by our team.



If you change your address and fail to update your details or post incorrect address information on the Nevé website during checkout, you will be liable for your order being posted to the wrong location. We will not be responsible for any delivery delays which fall outside the control of Nevé or our employees.
